5. Clients' privacy protection

Payment on our web site is secure! We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway service for Internet payment (http://www.ouroboros.hr), which employs the most current technology for online protection, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with the minimum of 128-byte data encryption, as well as other technologies and security protocols that conform to the highest standards.

The data exchange between the system that processes online payment and authorization centers of credit card companies is carried out through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that is fully protected from unauthorized access. Sensitive information about your credit card are delivered online directly to the authorization center.

A secure communication link between your computer and the server has been established when a small lock shows in the bottom of your web browser. When you place your mouse over the lock, “SSL Secured“ will be displayed, and the level of encryption being used (128-byte).
